Fred brings a strong sense of leadership, passion and humor to Niven. He is a strategist and trusted advisor to our clients, helping them launch new products and gain market share both domestically and internationally. Fred has over 25 years of in-store merchandising experience and has served on numerous industry committees. He has a B.A. from Northern Illinois University and has completed ongoing education at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. After hours, he’s a musician at heart, dreaming that his weekend rock band might get invited to play Coachella. The world needs dreamers…

For over 35 years, 26 + at Niven, Don has influenced and shaped how the organization has adapted to and embraced the dynamic world of retail. He has served multiple Board of Director terms and held key committee positions for various Industry association functions. Don’s a passionate leader of shared cultural alignment that generates high performance levels of successes. Outside of the business, he enjoys “anything music”, “everything to do with the outdoors” and occasionally a very fast car.

Bev’s influence and impact at Niven can be felt in every client relationship. Bev’s keen attention to detail aligns well where speed to market is crucial and complex programs require detailed program management. Her leadership at Niven began over 25 years ago, where she began role modeling better ways to service our clients at all phases. Bev has helped make that a company-wide mindset. When “off the grid”, you can find her boating or singing with the church choir as a star soloist.

Ron oversees Niven’s entire Supply Chain. He does this with passion, heart and a straightforward expectation that people will always give it their best. Ron applies 25 years of experience and cross-learnings to the custom world of Supply Chain Management for both domestic and international merchandising manufacturing. He leads efforts that result in flawless executions at Retail. Off-site, you’ll likely find him watching sports and enjoying some Wagner’s BBQ ribs with friends. He says they are the best- bar none!

It all starts with a Strategy and a Plan.

Ken embodies the Niven legacy and commitment to creative design excellence. He guides and encourages his team to be in tune with retail trends and being inspired by good design wherever they may find it. Ken’s expertise in store design, environments, displays and packaging has served brands and retailers in all channels. Ken uses his “hands on” design talent and perspective for highly collaborative results. He’s also a photography enthusiast-hoping someday to practice his hobby on a future trip to his Italian homeland.

Joe says his job is all about action- “one part serving, supporting and influencing the people he works with, the other being a catalyst for effective ways to engage the business today and for the future”. In addition to his extensive financial acumen, Joe’s 30 year career also includes multi-platform IT integration which serves our company and clients well. Joe’s leadership style “simplifies the complex” in ways that foster team progression and better outcomes. When out of the office, he enjoys “everything family” along with the pursuit of his personal best on the links.
